Coach Anju is the founder of Crafting Leaders is an experienced corporate professional and entrepreneur, providing coaching for grooming leaders by helping them overcome obstacles to achieve their maximum potential. She is an ABNLP Certified Executive Coach, ICBI Certified Soft Skills Trainer TTT, ANCHOR, Certified on "Teacher's Social and Emotional Learning" from the University of Colorado, B.Tech in Computer Science and has rich corporate experience, having worked in L&T, Cognizant, IBM and SAP Labs. She coaches professionals on goal setting, work-life balance, and how to transform challenges into opportunities. Her personal goal is to help people build a better life by growing their DREAMS, achieving HAPPINESS, and turning Purpose into Prosperity for their life. She is passionate about inspiring people and writes inspiring poems and quotes to motivate people to ACT for themselves and ACT at the moment. She conducts training for corporates on Life Skills, Soft Skills and Women Empowerment. Also, she conducts workshops in schools and colleges on topics related to Life Skills and Soft Skills training. She mentors and counsels college students too.
