My Compelling Story

Astitva is a band that taps into the depths of different genres of hindi music. The Band "Astitva" demands setting emotions above simple method and making an individualistic kind of mold breaking music. Conceived out of different western pop/shake and Hindustani Classical impacts, Astitva began in 2007. Their efforts to bring forth a genuine bleeding edge band, Blending profoundly thoughtful ragas with rock and jazz with an indication of Urdu Poetry. Astitva includes cross breed styles of impeccable songs and everlasting pop/shake instrumentation, subsequently cutting out an uncommon sound and considering their music as a work of affection and in addition a message of want to all. The pieces of Astitva are created in a manner that a that anyone can relate to them. Each melody is not quite the same as one another and every tune draws out an alternate feeling, and the majority of the tunes have a whole story wrapped in them. Achievements : They were a part of the Common Wealth Games Youth Festival, held at Central Park, New Delhi. They Composed an Official "Delhi Anthem", which was acclaimed by our very own Chief Minister Smt. Sheila Dixit! They were the 'Semi Final Challengers' at the show 'Entertainment ke liye kuch bhi karega', featured on Sony Entertainment Television! Their first experience with being a Music Director for a Bollywood movie 'Valentine's Night' in 2012. They were among the 'Top 7th Band' on the popular TV show 'MTV Rock On Season 2' Composed music for the '64th Republic Day Parade', representing the 'Delhi Tableau' A part of the 'Qutub Music Fest in 2012' Members : Amit James - Bassist Ayush Gupta - Drums/Percussions Zaman Khan - Guitar Kamal - Keyboard Salman Khan - Vocals
