My Compelling Story
Bhavna is a professional singer based out of the capital city of West Bengal, Kolkata. She is a talented artist, singer, and performer. She started her musical journey when she was only three-years-old. Born in a musical family, her grandmother and father were good singers during their years. The first guru was her father. Bhavna completed her Sangeet Visharad from Lucknow University. She was very lucky to have Smt Girija Devi among her teachers when she was at Santiniketan. The melodious power of folk tunes attracted her and folk music became her first love. Besides folk, Bhavna also sings Rabindrasangeet, Bangla Adhunik, and old Hindi melodies.
