My Compelling Story

Dark Octaves of Sin is a LIVE band based out of the capital of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh. They play groove, deathcore, and metalcore music. The band started off as a college band, playing some LIVE shows locally till they finally found their modern groovy sound after a few highly needed and successful line-up changes. The group did not take much time to find appreciation in the local scene, but then, playing in a conventional region has its set of drawbacks. Influences vary from acoustic blues music to the very distorted and groovy genres such as metalcore, thrash, and death metal. The band has released two tracks since its formation, Blasphemy and Not your Slave. Both the tracks are very much appreciated by the independent music circuit.
