My Compelling Story

Jukebox is a LIVE band based out of the capital city of Goa, Panaji. Consisting of Tania and Andre, Goa’s sensational two-piece band has performed for the last 14 years at several prestigious hotels in India and abroad and is at present under contract at the Grand Hyatt, The Park Hyatt Resort and Spa, The Zuri White Sands, Ramada Caravela, Dona Sylvia, and The Radisson Blu. After performing at various places in India, Gulf and South East Asia for Goan festivals and conferences, the couple has carved a niche for themselves after they were chosen to perform at the Goan Food Festival in London in 2009 and the Goa Fest in Melbourne in 2011. They have also played for the East African Goan Convention in Nairobi in 2013. From 5th October to 2nd November 2013, Jukebox has toured North America with their shows in New York, Houston, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. They have played in Bahrain for the May Queen Ball on 29th May 2014 and the Christmas Ball on 25th December 2014 in Houston, Texas. Andre and Tania have a 600 song repertoire that stretches from evergreen oldies and jazz standards to pop, country, western, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hindi and Goan music, besides a couple of songs from different nations which is capable of taking any audience to the nostalgic magic of the yesteryears. Their act consists of Andre on lead vocals and keyboards, incorporating all instruments like bass lines, drums, percussions strings, and solo instruments and Tania on percussions and lead vocals. They also provide excellent contemporary music with the same finesse and proficiency as their music, understanding the requirements of the audience and thus promising the success of any theme evening with their performance.
