Mohammed Iqbal Khan is a famous and versatile TV actor who is based in Mumbai. He is also known as the King Khan of the TV industry as he had given many hits to the small screen industry. Iqbal was born in Kashmir but due to the unrest and bad situation in Kashmir, his parents sent him to the boarding school. Iqbal Khan did his schooling from the very famous school, ‘Pinegrove School’, in Kasauli and from ‘Lawrence School’ in Sanawar. Iqbal says that whenever he remembers his school days, those memories make him smile. After getting graduated from Delhi University, he acted in the song, ‘Idhana Winva.’ After doing this song, he realised that he can become a model and went to the city of dreams to make his dream turn into reality. He got his first break from Ekta KapoorKapoor's's TV show, ‘Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai’, and he played the role of a young rich guy who falls in love with a simple and middle-class girl. Iqbal got fame and popularity from this serial. He has acted in many of Ekta Kapoor's Kapoor's daily soaps and has given his best shot every time, and that is why Ekta Kapoor said in an interview that Iqbal Khan is the Shahrukh Khan of this TV industry.
