My Compelling Story
Rapture is a LIVE band based out of Dimapur, Nagaland. Rapture was formed in 2006 by Kika and Yimkum Jamir. The group's line-up consists of Yimkum Jamir on vocals, Wapang Aier on the guitar, Kika Pongen on the bass, and Adang on drums. The band has, so far, participated in competitions like Rock Reign1, Rock Aware, etc. They have achieved second place at NSACS Rock, 2012. Recently, they won another award at Rock Reign 3, 2014. They are inspired by bands like Rage Against the Machine, Extreme, Stryper, 30 Seconds to Mars, etc.
