My Compelling Story

Shifting Scales is a LIVE band based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. The hard/folk/revival rock band was formed in 2010. Their music makes the band distinctive among the musical acts in the region. They are a five-piece band, with each one of the members having different roots in rock - alternative to pop rock, punk to blues, metal to rock n roll. What they do is try to put a little of everything into their music and composes their original compositions with one thing in mind- the sound is heard, but music is felt. They always try to deliver the feel of the music so people can relate to it and enjoy it. They draw their major influences from artists such as ACDC, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Poison, Deep Purple, Clapton, Elvis, Queen, GNR, Metallica, Pearl Jam, The Who, The White Stripes, Indus Creed, Ozzy, Rainbow, Rush, Megadeth, Blue Oyster Cult, Motherjane, and many more.
