My Compelling Story

Studmuffin is a LIVE band based out of Pune, Maharashtra. The rock n roll/blues/funk band was formed by singer-songwriter Vihang and lead guitarist Kaustabh. They were later joined by bassist Omkar, drummer Sandy, and keyboardist Arjun. They are known for their colourful performances and their connection with the audience. The band belts out their tracks with catchy vocal melodies backed by crunchy riffs, rolling bass lines, dynamic drums, and howling keys, giving Studmuffin their unique sound and identity. The band launched their debut tour ‘One for the Road’ in 2015 and has played at the Nouvelle Festival in Prague, and also at one of Prague's most culturally-significant rock n roll venues, Vagon Klub. Studmuffin was also the winner of Hard Rock Rising 2014, an international battle of bands by Hard Rock Cafe, from Pune and secured 4th place in the global voting round.
