Does Tajinder Singh smoke?: Not Known.Does Tajinder Singh drink alcohol?: Not Known.At the age of eight, his uncle trained him to play professional cricket.He took training at Dholpur academy in Dholpur under the guidance of coach Suminder Tiwari.He is the first Indian who was selected directly for the Ranji Trophy without playing U-19 and U-23 tournaments.He also played Ranji for Indian railways.He knew Rahul Chahar at the beginning of his career. Both players together played Ranji for Rajasthan and also shared a dressing room.On 14 October 2017, in the second match (2017-18 Ranji Trophy) of his first-class debut session for Rajasthan, he hit his maiden first-class century.He hit total 198 runs and grabbed 8 wickets in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.According to Tajinder, he always wanted to play for Mumbai Indians and his dream came true in January 2018, when he was purchased by Mumbai Indians to play in the 2018 IPL.
