My Compelling Story
The Broadway Addicts is a Chennai-based LIVE band. They have been playing since June 2013 and have performed at all the venues in Chennai like Star Rock, Havana pub, Hard Rock Cafe (Chennai), and Phoenix Market City. The band was among the finalists in Chennai BandHunt 4. The band grabs inspiration mainly from teenage angst and oh-so punk. The band members are the fans of The Pixies, Nirvana, Beer, The Stooges, The Vaselines, Life, The Breeders, Bush Tetras, Richard Hell and the Voidoids, Gig Band, The Cramps, Oh C'mon, Reverend Horton Heat, Mudhoney, Green River, The Unknown Passage, and The Shocking Blue. Currently, they are recording the band's debut EP. They have been featured in two compilation albums: Stupiditties 8, My Mind edition 2014 (a compilation of the best upcoming Indie and punk artists by ennui.BOMB) Punx Unite, a punk compilation album by CT Records
