My Compelling Story

Tune up Channel is a LIVE band based out of Dimapur, Nagaland. They are an experimental/alternative rock band, originally from Mokokchung, Nagaland. They started their journey in 2015. It is a collaboration project formed from the combination of Dice and The Purpose. The band consists of Sunep (Vocals), Temjen (Guitar), Meren (Bass), Tia Jamir (Drums), and Ayu (Keyboards). It was the love for bands like Switchfoot, Paramore, and R5 that brought up this group together. The band released their debut single, You are not Alone, in 2015. The hit single, Tomorrow With You, was released in 2016, and was recorded and produced at home with no studio works. The song speaks about how faith and prayer can change one’s life. The brains behind the soulful song, 'Through The Rain', are Sunep and Ayu Mongro. With this song, the band experimented with something different from their previous releases. The song is a home production with no studio works involved. In 2016, the band came up with another single, 'We Are One'. The song speaks about unity, peace and coexistence.
